message sdjchinchilla about this ad I have very cute male and female chinchilla kits to re-home. Born 4/28/24 - they are 16 weeks old and fully weaned. "Pepper" is a standard gray female - she is the darker one in the photos. "Fry" is a mosaic male - he is the lighter one in photos and has an unusual white spot on his right side. Their parents are mosaic (mom) and standard gray (dad They are both friendly, full of energy, healthy, and curious. Socialized with other chinchillas and friendly towards people, they have been handled frequently since birth. They enjoy running on a saucer-style exercise wheel. The male kit has extra high energy! No history of health problems with either parent. Re-homing due to space . I cannot rehome them together because they are siblings. Ideal home will have experience with chinchillas and understand that they can live up to 15-20 years. Looking for a home that has at least one other chinchilla as a companion or is planning to adopt soon. I'm not in a rush and will wait for the right people to adopt. Cage is not included but I will supply a small bag of Mazuri brand chinchilla feed to transition. $200 rehoming fee for either male or female. Please don't haggle.
