The puppies have grown up around other adult dogs. We have adult children living here plus kids down to 13 years old. We have one cat. But Since moving to Montana where we have no work for them to do, they are just as happy to lay around and do nothing. They just like doing what ever we are doing and being with us. That is why we got the Aussies in the first place because we wanted a people orientated dog that doesn't need to be working. Plus, a super smart dog so they are easily trained. Australian Shepherds are great for working, resting and playing. Just an all around smart and great dog that loves to love and please you. Because they are so smart they are easily trainable. We feed and all and or organic diet to the puppies and adult dogs.
