message willey09 about this ad Howie s a beautiful 9-year-old neutered male. He absolutely loves and adores people including kids. He's microchipped, neutered and has all shots. He loves to ride in vehicles and go for a walk. He loves being around people all the time. I believe he does suffer from anxiety if you're gone for more than 12 hours. Bad traits, he will counterserve, doesn't like other male doggies close up, will probably chase cats and any other small critter. I've had him for 4 years and the reason I'm giving him up for adoption is my life has changed a lot. My late wife passed a couple years ago and I was fortunate enough to meet a wonderful woman and remarry. We're downsizing and having retired, going to travel as much as possible. This isn't fair to Howie has he needs to be around people more time than I can give him. Does not have any physical issues, knows how to go through doggie doors, climb stairs, what you did when I got him. He does not like water at all, fine with baths, but not lakes and pools. I think he was before I got him. He did not know how to doggy paddle correctly. Doesn't use his back feet and will drown. So if you're looking for a dog that absolutely loves life and people and can be your best buddy, come visit Howie at my house.
