Their mother is our best chicken guardian having never harmed a single bird for any reason be it newly or full grown and needing no training to do so (she will take an egg a day as tax however) Their sticks close to home, adores being with the family but it a dutiful guard of flock and herd in his own right; this should be a diverse litter in color, size and working style. Their parents are exceptionally loyal, intuitive, eager to problem solve, discerning with strangers, display proper reactions to complex scenarios, they know how to move an intruder off the land be it two or four legged and they adore the stock that rely on them for protection. These puppies have been by my side every step of the way for kidding season and will be heading into foaling/calving season, theyve been exposed to small breed puppies, kittens, chickens, goats, cows, horses and small children. They adore cats, if you need protection for your kitties these are your boys! They also adore children, would love to be pets as well as guardian dogs, theyre very interested in livestock spending all day amongst a broad variety of breeds and species.
