message kelsieilesha about this ad This boy needs a strong handler. Hes very sweet and affectionate with people, but does not do well with other male dogs, which isnt uncommon with German Shepherds. Weve got him a few months ago on the lie that he was good with all dogs and cats, which was quickly proven to not be the case. We have another male German Shepherd in the house and its been pretty stressful for them both, as you can imagine. Hes a very smart boy and learns very quickly. In the short amount of time hes been with me, hes really came out of his shell. Hes no longer the scared ball of a puppy he was when he came to me. Hes pretty confident now. He has full and strong grips, but Im not sure how hed do in bite work. He may or may not be there nerve wise. Im not someone who can evaluate for that. However, he has a pretty strong prey drive and would do well in other sports, or even just as a pet as long as he receives adequate exercise and mental .
