I am rehoming my Conure his name is "KiKi He is socialized and likes women more than men (he's shy around men but doesn't bite them KiKi is being trained to give kisses (which he does he does step up, he will let you put food in his dish while he's , will sit on your hand or shoulder. KiKi will bite if he doesn't want to do something like get off his favorite perches, but he doesn't bite hard and has never broken skin. I make him follow through on my directions and say " no bite" and it has never been an issue. Most of the time any type of biting behavior is ignored and he listens to my instruction. He wants to be out of his cage which i allow but only on designated perches. He has a gentle and I want him to stay that way. He must be rehomed to a special person who is home a lot and has time for his needs. I am a behavior technician and have recently began working full time. I have really worked with him and he deserves the best because he's a good bird. He comes with everything in photos including his cage. KiKi is 1.5 years old. message celocat45 about this ad |
