message jmclark about this ad Heavily blue in color, this beautiful baby is a complete monster. We rescued him from a home he was getting injured in due to improper care. The prior owners I don't think had any malignant intention, but zero on birds resulted in a bit of a mess. They never took him out of his cage in 7 years. Not once. As expected, he is a bit of a monster now. We have been working with him for about a year& he still needs an experienced hand. He does actively bite/ attack but it's more of a game than out of fear at this point. He is angry, but he knows you're not trying to hurt him. He's just always angry He's missing about half his toes. Best guess- stringy toys. As he wasn't removed from the cage to go to the vet& the prior owners thought he was only missing one toe unsure. He is healthy, does fine with 3 toes, and flies. We call him Rex because he is an angry TRex 8 years. We put several hundred into him, all reasonable offers considered. The plan has always been to rehab then rehome this guy. Price is for bird alone. Cages/ toys/ bowls/ stands available& negotiable. If you need a bird we can get to an arrangement we are all happy with. message jmclark about this ad |
